Refund policy

Exchange:

In case you want to make an exchange for your shipment;

• Orders are exchangeable only with the original invoice within 14 days from receiving the shipment.
• Products must be exchanged in its original case
• In case of receiving wrong orders, exchange will be done for free within 2-3 working days in Cairo, while 3-5 days in other governorates.
• In case of exchanging right orders, orders will be subjected to shipping fees.

Returns:

In case you want to return your shipment;

• Orders are refundable only with the original invoice within 14 days from receiving the shipment only through one of the stores.
• Products must be returned in its original case.
• In case the return reason is a manufacturing defect, total refund will be done within 14 days.
• In case of returning orders with no reason, refund can be returned but subjected to shipping fees to be paid by customers.
